K. G. Radhakrishnan Nair has over 35+ years of experience in the construction industry, which makes him a highly qualified source of leadership for the company. He began his entrepreneurial journey by lining up his proprietary business with a firm called 'Aarkay Engineers'. In 2000, owing to the sudden increased the turnover and foreseeing tremendous growth opportunities, he founded Aarkay Erectors Private Ltd. Since then, the company has taken over the liabilities and assets of the existing proprietary firm.

In his capacity as managing director, he has been responsible for the execution of many prestigious projects for various organisations and Government Public Undertakings like M/s. BPCL- Kochi Refinery, M/s. H.O.C Limited, M/s. FACT Ltd., M/s. Cominco Binani Zinc Ltd., M/s. Tamil Nadu Petroproducts Ltd.,M/s. Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd.'s Manali Refinery and Cauvery Basin Refinery etc.

Ranjith R. Nair is a highly qualified mechanical engineering graduate, who joined Aarkay ErectorsPrivate Ltd. with the bold vision to strengthen the company with the best in cutting edge technology and to provide the specialised accessories that will serve to promote and diversify the development of the company. In his capacity as Director, he is directly involved with and is responsible for managing the company's business and the seamless day to day execution of the company's operations in multiple locations.

A.C Shah has been instrumental in the execution of tank construction projects in various locations in India for the past 25 years. His exemplary track record in the Petro-chemical and Oil industries makes him uniquely qualified for his role as Technical Advisor at Aarkay Erectors Private Ltd. A graduate engineer, he has an unparalleled understanding of codes like API 650/IS 803 ASME Sec. IX, various pipes codes etc. Currently, he also has a tie-up with M/s. Development Consultants Ltd., Mumbai for vetting his design capability.

K.B Unnikrishnan serves as Senior Engineer at Aarkay Erectors Private Ltd. with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His prolific career has contributed to his expertise in the field of engineering and construction of storage tanks, piping, equipment erection and structural fabrication for Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemical and Power plants both in India and abroad.

K.P. RavindranNair's 35+ years of experience in the industry, has equipped him to take on the demanding responsibilities of the general managerial office with great efficiency and flair. His core skills include an innate competence for managing the company's financial affairs, finalization of account, and preparation of financial paper. These skills along with his knowledge of banking and taxation make him a valuable asset to the company.

P. Veeradurai oversees the company's work in the southern states of India. He has over 28 years of experience in the various aspects of tank construction, repairs and piping etc. Over the course of his illustrious career, he has worked on projects for the Refineries, Fertiliser and Petrochemical industries as well on Pig Iron Projects. He has also specialised his skills in MMAW, GTAW etc.P. Veeradurai oversees the company's work in the southern states of India. K.R. Ashok Kumar oversees the company's projects in Kochi, Kerala. He is graduate with over 20 years of experience in the areas of tank construction and repairs and piping. His distinguished career has included projects for some of the leading names in the Refineries, Fertiliser and Petrochemicals Industries as well as Pig Iron Projects. He also has specialised skills in MMAW, GTAW etc.

P.R. Rajesh Kumar heads the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control team and is in charge of upholding Aarkay Erectors' exemplary quality standards. In a career spanning 15 years to date, he is valued for his skills in the areas of tank construction up to 79 meters diameter, piping, and plant modules for the Refineries and Petrochemical industries, both in India and abroad.
