K.B Unnikrishnan serves as Senior Engineer at Aarkay Erectors Private Ltd. with over 20 years of experience in the industry. His prolific career has contributed to his expertise in the field of engineering and construction of storage tanks, piping, equipment erection and structural fabrication for Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemical and Power plants both in India and abroad. He is an expert in the field of design and engineering and has the skill to develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide guidance to junior engineers and project teams. He Leads and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
P. Veeradurai oversees the company's work in the southern states of India. He has over 28 years of experience in the various aspects of tank construction, repairs and piping etc. Over the course of his illustrious career, he has worked on projects for the Refineries, Fertiliser and Petrochemical industries as well on Pig Iron Projects. Mr. Abhilash Krishnan had joined AEPL from 2021. He has vast knowledge in fabrication erection execution commissioning of EPC projects. He is Mechanical Engineering graduate and has more than 15 years of thorough experience in field of inspection as well. He had executed various EPC projects in the role of Residence Construction Manager in various parts of India and in Middle East. He has one of the best schedule management skills to overcome any hindrances during the execution of projects. Currently he is in charge of the companies works in northern parts of India
K.R. Ashok Kumar oversees the company's projects in Kochi, Kerala. He is graduate with over 30 years of experience in the areas of tank construction and repairs and piping. His distinguished career has included projects for some of the leading names in the Refineries, Fertilizer and Petrochemicals Industries as well as Pig Iron Projects. He has the best capability to manage multiple sites at time.
Mr. Unnikrishnan Nair has been employed in the Marine, Electrical, Electronic and Instrumentation fields, for about 26 years. Previously worked on-board Dredgers of Dredging Corporation of India, on contract basis for the past 17 months. Has served on-board His Majesty’s Royal Yacht at Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, for about 6 years. Mr. Unnikrishnan Nair has also served 15 years in the Indian Navy, as Chief Electrical Artificer, on-board various ships, submarines and shore-projects. He is Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering and also in Industrial Safety from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. During this period, he has gained considerable experience in all types of power generation, distribution, propulsion, control and instrumentation systems associated with ships, submarines and shore-based projects. In all his tenures, Mr. Nair has been responsible for running the electrical department, leading a team of technicians in carrying out maintenance, testing, defect rectification and upkeep of all electrical, electronic and instrumentation systems. Mr. Nair has also undertaken the job of Safety Officer in various projects for the construction of hydrocarbon storage tanks, in oil refineries in India.
Babu Chacko heads the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control team and is in charge of upholding Aarkay Erectors' exemplary quality standards. In a career spanning 20 years to date, he is valued for his skills in the areas of tank construction, piping, and plant modules for the Refineries and Petrochemical industries, both in India and abroad. He has well experience in Implementing oversees quality control measures to monitor and evaluate service conformance to specifications. This involves establishing inspection procedures, conducting quality audits, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. He deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of employees throughout the organization by educating employees on quality standards, procedures, and tools, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mr. Prince Tennyson joined AEPL as Site Administration officer/HR officer for our various on site projects. He has an experience of more than 10 years in the field of administration and human resource management. He has a vast experience in handling, keeping records and maintaining statutory requirements for large project sites. He had worked all over the India and various parts of Middle East. He is a graduate along with a diploma in Industrial Safety & Fire Safety Engineering. He is well capable of conducting internal and external client audit, and initiates corrective action as and when required. He Manages employee relations by promoting a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns or grievances, and providing guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures, Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. He is well thorough on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in areas such as employment contracts, employee classification, and workplace health and safety. Address any legal or regulatory issues that may arise.
