We AEPL are specialized in fabrication erection welding and commissioning of cryogenic tank for storage of low temperature materials like ammonia, hydrogen, nitrogen etc. Since these tanks are designed to withstand the extreme pressures and temperatures associated with these materials, we ensure extra care while constructing tanks. These cryogenic tanks are typically made of Low temperature Carbon steel (LTCS), stainless steel or aluminum and are double-walled with an insulating vacuum space between the inner and outer walls. This vacuum space helps to minimize heat transfer and maintain the low temperature inside the tank. These tanks have a dome roof structure and are provided with hanging Suspension decks inside the tank.
These tanks are used in a variety of industries, including Fertilizer plants, chemical processing, medical research, and aerospace. We had successfully completed 5000MT & 10000MT ammonia storage tanks for various clients at various parts of India from the last few years. In addition to this we undertake maintenance jobs, shutdown jobs related to cryogenic tanks
